Omega General Help / Road noise/rumbling noise.

After having three part worn tyres fitted today(2 rear and 1 front) i have had this noise appear from when i drove out of the tyre place,which i can only describe as above.Thing is it only seems to happen at 25mph,and there is no vibration through the steering wheel.One thing i did notice when they were fitting em is they dident balance em,do you reckon balancing would cause this?At first i just thought it was road noise from the tyres,but at one point i had to pullover and check wheel nuts as it seemed to have got worse for a few seconds,but every one was tight,and also seemed to slightly be amplified when braking.Any thoughts folks. :-/

How do they come off,obviously remove door card first,and then is it a couple of 10mm nuts or summat,and can you access it without ripping all the water barrier off.

Just need someone to confirm i am right on this one.I need to remove the side skirts on my car.Do they just fix on with the plastic studs with the centre pin you have to knockout,and can i guarentee to lose the pin inside after.

I know its been asked shit loads of times,but has anyone ever removed the leather covering on one of the front seats,as i need to try and repair the heater pad,and was it a barstool to do.

Anyione know how the rear quarter trims come off on the facelift,the plastic colour coded parts on the rear piller.Im guessing they are just stuck on.

Omega General Help / Windscreen washer pump

Fitted some of the front end back up today after sourcing a new windscreen washer pump from an astra,after someone snapped the nozzle off.Anyway managed to get one from scrappy from an astra,which has twin outlet,so blanked one end off,but after fitting it all together,there is no water coming out of washer jets,both windscreen and headlight.Pump is working,but nothing coming out,even after approx 2 minutes with pump running. :-/

Well just reversed the car back on the drive,and the tc light and car with the spanner light came on,also selector lights playing up,and car needed more revs to pull off.Am i right in saying its possibly the fluid level.

Omega General Help / selector switch removal help asap

Got the jacked up at the moment to remove it,but aint got a f*****g clue as to what i am doing to be honest.Is there two 10 mm bolts holding it?,and whats the bigger nut,it looks like a 15mm,do i need to remove this.Dont really seem possible to me to take it off without stripping half the underneath.Also when it says remove the heatsheild,which one?,is it the tin one where the wiring follows it behind. :-/

Just looked in the haynes and it says to undo the two flange joints on the exhausts along with heatsheilds to get to the selector switch,also it says summat about get a jack under the the one end of transmission and undo the bolts,what a nightmare,is this really correct,or is mr haynes taking the piss. :-/

Came on the computer earlier on,and oil was changed in august last.Would it be using oil,and has anyone else experienced this with there 3.2,oh and car has done 118,000 miles,and well serviced previously. :-/

Omega General Help / gear lever surround lights

All the lights on the gear lever surround are lighting up all at once,and sometimes alternate between random lights,does anyone have any idea,possibly damp or dirty connections somewhere. :-/
