What is the standard pipe bore for a v6 omega exhaust..

Thinking of having a stainless one made my powerflow for my elite..
Will tell them...

Want it quiet like stock...
Twin angled tips like stock...

Couple things unsure off though

Do you think worth having a x pipe in system to balance flow..
Mandrel or crushed bend or is there nothing init on road use really

And also seen as mine a 3.2 thinking of deleteing pre cats and swapping cata for sports cat recomended or not ??

sometimes when i engage reverse my sensors just hum constantly. (basically as if disconnected)
then after a couple times between neutral and reverse or park and reverse they engage and work.

anyone got any ideas am assuming can only be parking sensor module or switch on box if it has one

I know when you turn on omega you have a brake light check


But as im driving when i brake a symbol pops up saying brake light check but with a bulb symbol.. checked all lights and all working could it be a bad connection or has anyone had this

When my heater is on full heat passenger side two vents are toasty but drivers side two are cold.....

When put both sides to cold they both go cold...

Any ideas

buying a new elite on Thursday 3.2 auto.

and I know it could probably do with having software update on auto box to newest version which I think is V9.

does anyone know anyone in Northwest (I'm in Liverpool) that can do it...

Or I'm picking car up from Milton Keynes on Thursday so be driving it back to Liverpool can do it for me on my way home

considering buying a 2.5 cdx 98 plate estate.

how hard would it be to fit rear heated seats.

will the loom be in centre console and under rear seat and simply need seats and be plug and play...

or is there more to it??

If got a 2.5 engine I know can swap straight for 3.0

But would a 3.2 block mate to my 2.5 heads and run ok ?? Or is the other things to change or do..

Currently got a 2.6 manual low milage elite cracking car with g cams on inlet...

Dads got a 3.2 mv6 auto...  On paper the 2.6 manual is not far behind a 3.2 auto however my dads car just goes so much better and done much higher milage...

Reasoon im posting this is i have a chance to fit a 3.2 engine into mine to make a 3.2 manual omega..

In real world not on paper is this actually going to be quicker than a 3.2 auto as auto in first gear is very long over 50mph a manual sod all so your changing gear more plus got to get it of line auto is plant and go ..

What do people feel would actually be quicker

after a good replacement backbox for 3.2 omega. bought and fitted genuine GM 3.0 one but it too short and sounds awful.

not worried about being genuine just a good backbox that going to be quiet but has two tips
