Omega General Help / 2.2 Exhaust Manifold Stud

My lad has been stripping the ancilliaries etc down to remove the Head and managed to remove all the Exhaust manifold nuts & studs barring one! The one causing the trouble is under the manifold in line with the Power Steering Reservour so not visible and he has rounded off the 13mm copper nut and the stud torx end! Do any of you Oof spanner wizards have any wisdom to impart to enable removal of the offending article (the stud, not my son 
)

Omega General Help / Extra thickness Head Gasket

Do any of you fellow travellers know where I can source an 'Extra thick' Head Gasket for a 2.2 petrol Omega Saloon?
I gave my car to my stepson 6 weeks ago as I now have an Estate and he's blown the headgasket in spectacular style!
The car had a head skim & gasket change almost 4 years ago so i'm guessing there wont be any more to play with this time and AndyC says VX don't make a thicker version.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated

I go in for facet joint injections at 08:15 in the morning, I hope the buggers do some good this time, as the next on the list is to burn out the pain receptors in my lumbar and cervical spine

The OOF Shop appears a little wanting in choice of available merchandise at the moment. Given that the purchase of items from this excellent Emporium appear to generate a modicum of revenue in support of OOF's not inconsiderable running costs, would it not be sensible to consider stocking what has become the most 'De Rigeur' item of the Season 
This most charming and useful item has the potential to go 'Viral' in the OOF Community and imho deserves it's rightful place as the Official OOF Accessory of choice.

I need a HID headlight leveling sensor for the front suspension of my 2.2 petrol cdx estate (the whole thing including arms) please, anyone have one
