Omega General Help / Turbo problems

I've bought a second hand CD DTi diesel vauxhall omega, which I though was ok at first, but I've having problems with the turbo. It seems to want to kick in then loses power. Put on a new inlet manifold gasket but still no change. I'm on a tight budget too....Please help!!!!!

I have a 2.2 cd and i have a problem with the turbo it comes in but then die's off again please help
