General Discussion Area / Waiting on response from a lame Ebay seller.
« on: 18 November 2014, 21:50:39 »
After two days I've finally received a reply to a question I asked an Ebay 'Business' seller, listing a pair of grease caps, and a free tape measure. (Strange combination, but hey...)
Me:
Hi,
Could you please advise the external diameter of the area that slides into the hub ?
Cheers.

Seller:
Hi there,
Unfortunately we do not have this information about this particular product.
I am only able to advise what the manufacturer states on their product description.
I apologise for the inconvenience.
Kind regards,

Me:
Hi,
Thanks for your response.
Unfortunately there are several hub diameters. I require grease caps to fit a hub with a 47mm internal diameter.
I have a suggestion which may seem like a bit of a wild idea, but might just work. I'm thinking maybe you could take one of the tape measures you so kindly offer free of charge with the item....and measure it. Just a thought.
Cheers.
