Omega General Help / tappet noise? should I have concern?

I am in the Derby/Derbyshire area, has anyone had a towbar fitted recently? or has anyone got a second hand one to sell? it seems I cannot post in the wanted section which is pants lol

thanks to the bloke in the aldi car park in alfreton to pointing me here.

just bought a 1997 Omega Elite 3.0 (I wrongly thought it to be an mv6) purchased to pull my caravan.

a little history about me, I drive an HGV and hold various other licence's. I have owned everything from Porsche's to Ford escorts. more so recently I have been into Subaru imprezas and have recently sold my version 3 sti type ra, which was a mere 350 bhp at the wheels. group 21A and 8mpg.

im hoping to stick with the omega for as long as possible as im a bit of a car changer, never seem to keep anything longer than a few months.

hope to speak to most of you in the future.

I have just bought a 1997 Omega elite estate to pull my caravan and house our huge dog and stuff.

my question is: are they rear wheel drive? (I haven't got it yet)
