white socket what are the colour code for it on omega know need to get a switch or relay to stop live altime and only when its pluged in but what is the code thanks think the plug is a 12v and 230v as has a power converter with the plug. thanks. oh and were would be the best place to put the converter says to keep dry and attach to earth or car. thanks

Hi dose any one know how to fix F Range on display, just put a new display in and it says F Range, put old one back in thinking it was the new one at fault but dose the same thing for what can see as the pixels are nearly gone, ever thing else is working temp speed etc, and the fuel gauge is working any help thanks

Omega General Help / found why engine is pinking and lakes power

was looking under the car and looked fine but the exhaust rubbers looked a bit strecked, so pushed exhaust up and it moved easy, but could see it move at the flex pipe, so had a look ( snaped)  the wire is the only thing holding it together. so need to get a new one... only been this way a few days idle has been off a bit going up and down just heard ticking sound.. found new flex £18 so will have to get it a weld it on.

Omega General Help / electric water pump?

was wondering if an electric water pump would fix the cold driving in winter, i change water every year and flush out rust etc but when really need it in winter hardly any heat comes out of heater, seams as the engine takes it but when warm its like a hair dryer and burns hands, has no sensors in the vents and is knob type, 95. thanks, if would work were do I put a pump?? thanks

Omega General Help / ABS light?

went out this morning 35c outside and 55c in car, just driving a long and the abs light cam on, so stopped at traffic light so stopped engine, restarted light went out, drove on 2min came back on, temp in car at this time was 40c, did a fault test and nothing came up when got home, did not come on, on way home could it be the heat?? did it a few times on ice in winter had mis read from drivers rear wheel a few times. :question

went out and started car revs normal just over the 1 for first start, then when the engine got to temp rev went down to 800, then for some reason went up to 3 then down to 1 and keeped doing it, rev'd up to 5 still same on foot off, needed to go out so drove down road put foot down and rev's went to normal any one any ideas??? thanks p.s no engine light on.
