I've voted re. my 2.6l (30k to go), but my 2.0l tourer est. is long overdue for everything. It's off the road for the moment, (still healthy), but I propose to get it straight in the New Year. Cambelt party
candidate!

Why do these 'tanks' have so much appeal to so many people? I've never felt the slightest degree of excitement when looking at them, or when I've been treated to the occasional ride.
I had the use of a Rexton for two weeks as an insurance courtesy car 6 months ago, and I couldn't wait to give it back. Not once did I feel comfortable in it.
Am I just a crank, or do others have similar feelings about them?

Maybe a little less time in between questions.

Need at least 4 members in each team..If only for the banter.

Saturday night at 9pm maybe a better time for more members to join in.

But most of all this quiz is only in the early stages but its been worked so well by Jamie so pat on the back for him.

Also the questions that are set by the various memebers are a good mix so well done to them too.

Just my thoughts so lets get it sorted for a fixed time every week.

One final thing..No cheating you are only letting yourself and your team down.. :y

I agree that we should get a night that suits everyone who is intrested in playing the quiz, hence the Poll, but we will never please everyone I'm afraid...
There was a bit of a gap between questions but I still missed one running downstairs to ask my mum ;D
Just hope all the great work the guys are putting in isn't a waste of time :-?

Cheat! Cheat!  :)

He doesn't know yet, but I have volunteered Loo-knee to set the next quiz next Sunday, possibly before Top Gear so families can join in.

That is 1 week's notice, so plenty of time to arrange your teams.

After a couple of constructive comments made to me, a couple of new rules for the next one (we are still tweaking things):

Max of 3 forum members per team (to prevent unbalanced teams, and to encourage more teams).  If more wives/family members want to join in, thats fine :y

Much shorter time to answer questions - there was too much web searches going on yesterday, which does render the quiz kinda pointless. With fewer team members, the hassles with everyone having their say is less of an issue.

I was wondering how Mikedundee did so well.

On second thoughts, I think everybody should be in Mikedundee's team next time.  ;D

I'm too shy. I'll have a go next time--- but not with you-know-who.

1 point handicap for having too many in your team.
Well done, captain Zok.

How manys left then

About half of the minimum order he had to pay for up front, I think. That's a big deficit for Loo-Knee to have to bear out of his own pocket, in my opinion. The more members who know this, the better.
