Sorry Lizzie, couldn't resist.Well I retuned and that made no difference so looked on their website which said all signals were good. There was the option to webchat but apparently they're only there Monday to Friday 9 to 5. Was going to do that later but checking again this morning and all channels are operating as they should.
Have you checked the aerial though? Check also all leads, and any booster if you have one Baza. Has a bird or other animal damaged the aerial or leads? I recommend you keep a very open minds as something has changed the signal quality.
If you can, get up onto where the aerial is on the roof and check everything out. I have spent many a happy minute on roofs installing / checking aerials as my ex was scarred of heights, so I did all that kind of, high level work!

As i turned 80 last year i was expecting to get shafted on the renewal last month. It actually went down this year, but only because i changed to another company, as the one i was with wanted double last years premium.
