I`ve bought two items from well established O.O.F members; the first was lost by Royal Mail; and I am positive the seller was in no way at fault.
The second 'deal' was a perfect transaction with hyper-fast delivery.
However, just as a sensible precaution; I would not buy from a joined to sell 'Newbie' or from someone who hasn`t become active within our community.
Perhaps the <50 post restriction (which applies to selling whole-cars) might be a fair and applicable measure to also apply when selling parts?Yes, it may alienate some, but it might protect both the 'innocent buyer' and the reputation of the forum.

Well we raped for the day at 2330.
we have just had enough for one day. 80% done just fiddley bits to do tomorrow.
i have learnt so much today. and spent most of it under the car yet again! well i got to run the fuel line and wiring from front to back. it was the most useful place for me
went round the roundabout earlier and see this parked up on the top, someone must of been hammered last night
