Rust proofing underbody components is a good preventative measure, but depending on the anti rust substance used and the diligence of the person applying it, the protection of metal parts is a good idea in principle, but some anti rust waxed based products, whilst great on metal parts, are harmful to rubber components if carelessly applied and can cause rubber bushes / hoses etc to degrade and become like jelly.
But I presume your man does know what he is doing :y

Yes no problems with that he did my Hyundai & has also done our Subaru so no worries there 👍

The Police are saying that Abdul Ezedi possibly went into the River Thames and his body may never be found which is convenient....   :-X

I helped pull one out of the Thames about 40 years ago , stank to high heaven not a pretty sight had been in the river for quite a few days. If he's in there  bloody good job at least the taxpayer gets away lighter.
Without definitive proof, Mick, people will not accept it. Trust in the police in general, and the met in particular, is, quite rightly, at an all time low. Some will see it as the easy, lazy way to close it down.
.

If he's in there he'll pop up eventually swollen up ready to burst.

But you could argue the world was also much more stable pre Trump?

But what did Trump and Putin talk about and agree? I don’t recall the minutes being published.
Oh yes when W (and Blair the Treasonous), tore up the Middle East just to prove to Daddy that he could actually do something whilst failing to notice the consequences of the previous morons repealing of the Glass-Steagal Act. This in turn allowed the globally economy to implode between the election and Baby killer taking over.

Not to mention the fact that Obama, unsatisfied with Afghanistan, started on Syria, Africa and Iran. And all without actually growing the economy or achieving anything else noteworthy.

Under Donald, the US became energy self sufficient, grew the economy, reduced unemployment and reduced illegal immigration and set about withdrawal of US troops from all foreign conflicts in a controlled and measured manner.

Sippy Cup, like a spoilt child has done nothing other than actively and deliberately undoing everything Donald achieved out of spite, whilst carrying on where Obama left off.

Before Donald, the last actual president worthy of the title was George Bush Senior.

Most US presidents have proved to be piss poor. Biden is clearly senile.

You'd have to go back as far as Teddy Roosevelt to find a half decent one in my view......he of "speak softly but carry a big stick" fame. :)
.

Apparently on the lunchtime news  Biden spoke about a political figure he had spoken to recently, when in fact the person had been dead for over 20 years  it's fairly obvious he has serious problems.

They talk a lot of sense but don't think they will get anywhere unfortunately.

Even at the last US election I was staggered that Trump and Biden were the best that the good 'ol US of A could come up with.

And now, with a UK general election looming, I ask myself the same question.

It seems that politics has been reduced to having to try and choose from the least bad, not the actual best
That's always been the case, Rog. I don't think I've ever fully supported any party I've voted for in the past.
.

I can't work up any enthusiasm for any of the parties , a complete shower of shit all of them .

Chelmsford.

I had a similar problem regarding an appointment not as bad as yours , a friend advised me to complain via PALS all complaints have to be logged and responded to within 48 hours he told me, I didn't believe a word of it but he was right might be worth seeing if Chelmsford have a similar system , in my case it was all sorted to my complete satisfaction.

After many cancelled appointments with her consultant over the last two years, we got as far as the hospital today - 35 mile round trip.
As soon as we arrived, reception informed her there was no Doctor there who could see her today.
Its Thursday night but I wont be standing on my doorstep banging a couple of saucepans together.  ::)

I'm sure you'd sooner be at the hospital banging a couple of heads together, surely they're capable of a phone call or a text, absolutely disgraceful.

Picked up Range Rover this morning, all 4 rear flexi pipes replaced (inner & caliper) + link pipes all up to scratch now., cause of problem rear flexi pipes had disconnected itself from rear link line due to corrosion.👍
Whilst the bits are new, might be would applying some anticorrsion treatment to the metal parts of new flexis, given the amount of salt we have thrown on the road.  Save cleaning them up later to do :y
.

Yes will do , the roads around here have been gritted well but certainly don't do vehicles any favours.

Idiots driving with no lights in torrential rain & continuing overtaking through chevron markings.
