the weather forecast has just predicted temps as low as -20 . will our antifreeze cope with temperatures that low. (bloody weather).  :)

it seems whenever vx cross ref my reg No i always get offered the wrong fuel filter. mine is the one with the biggest bore & think shorter of the two. does anybody know the part No. i,ll make a note for future ref.  cheers :y

6 years today since since i bought my mig (td) & apart from the first year where it needed front discs & advisory regards two brake pipes its passed its mot without any problems. this particular year the help iv,e had from this forum thats enabled me to tackle suspension and brakes has been a great help - cheers guys  :y :y :y

iv,e been informed by IanD there is an abs meet on sunday lunchtime at a pub near york. i may be able to pay on the day. i did think that i could do it online. paypal, dd etc.  :y

the email i recieved was a verification of u/name & p/word. it stated that i,d receive another email when account is activated. no monies have changed hands yet. i believe i need this email before i can proceed. :y

is it normal to wait for an autobahnstormers account to be activated after initially registering with them. my aim is to obtain a trade card. as yet the only thing iv,e got is an email to verify a username & password. timewise 24hrs have passed, is this anorm situ?  :-? :)

my local scrappy has about five in at the mo, obtained under gov scrappage scheme. one particular an elite  3.6 with all toys, 42k was in immaculate condition. the engine was sold within 5mins i was told. but he,s a greedy s*d to buy from

seems a good idea, but i could hardly see the nut and would have probably super- glued my fingers to something. good news is a good clean & a bit of grease has cured the prob. i,m well chuffed  :y :y

i spent about 5hrs on saturday & another 5hrs today removing the intake manifold to the starter-motor. i,ll be having nightmares for a week about that d*mned top bolt, it was a sod to undo. anyway once off and giving it a good clean the s/motor appears to be ok. touch wood. :y
