I've done a bit of research on some of our company vehicles. Found a number of 3 year old vehicles tested at the same garage have all needed headlamp beam adjustment to  pass mot. It would appear some testers do have their favourite failures.
Would it be too synical of me to suggest headlamp beam adjustment is easy money for garages?
if headlamp adjustment is required at the place where i work its done for free at the end of the test :y
