I don't think cruise has been enabled. When you borrowed it, you mentioned you might enable cruise. But it's now got a cruise stalk and clutch switch fitted, but cruise doesn't work. We'll see if we can arrange to meet, with maybe a spot of lunch

If the plate is assigned to a vehicle, there is no fee. If you removed the plate and put it on retention (i.e. on a certificate) you would be liable for fees.

It is for the phone, the factory pre-wiring. It's not for the built in NCDC 2015 system which seems to use the same aerial as the NCDC 2013

As Chris says, working parking sensors will have a faint ticking sound coming from them when they are activated. Activate the sensors, and listen to each in turn...whichever one is silent is the dead one.
