As some of you know---muggins---that's me-have got a Ford Consul 375----yes I know :D Well tried to get on their  forum to seek advice--well 3 weeks  later still no joy---could you imagine such a scenario on here----no never-thats why OOF is number 1 :y :y :y :y as for problem with car--sorted-without them and whats left over becomes a sofa and parts sold at high prices to their club members :y
so the moral is-----keep ya miggy or at  least stay onboard with whatever you drive/ride :y :y :y

You scrapped it then  :'(
No-got another for parts and auto furniture---and as said any mk2 club member welcome to pay for whats left-or scrap -either way mine gets done :y

General Car Chat / Re: K N filter?
« on: 27 May 2014, 23:39:34 »
If you want a bit of induction noise/slightly freer airflow, remove the trumpets from inside the airbox...

It's free and doesn't bugger up the MAF sensor :y

What is this exactly? I've never come across it before. Might try this if it doesn't have any negative affects overall, Just adds a little noise.
Take the top off the airbox... will be blindingly obvious :y
not if you never looked at condition of air filter ???

Changed it month or two ago, Time flys can't remember  ;D .. Or was that for Al ? symes :-\ ;D
mine done 2-3 months ago-got to do plugs yet--cant be asked at mo-still runs fine(so far)
