Sorry to here this has happened to you mate. I would suspect that some of the valves are bent, depends on how fast the car was traveling at the time, and you could have done a piston as well ut you won't know until the head has been taken off. Also depends on if you are going to do the work yourself or get a garage to do it for you.

Or you could put it all back together drive the front of the car on to car rampsand then torque up the bolts that way you can still get under the car and the suspension will be loaded.

i take it you need one with a bigger opening, if vx1`s dont fit then let me know & i`ll hunt around for mine, havnt used it since god knows when so may take a while to find it but used to do monza heads o,k :y

The spring compressor I used on my CiH Carlton wouldn't fit the 24 valve Senator head, the valves were recessed too much for it. I'd had to buy something like ....this

I'd had ....... one of these

Thats the one I have andy......

The paint code will be on the slam panel where the bonnet shuts, have a look there.

Nick my car speak's for it's self really. The clay bar takes all the impurities off the paint work that you can't see and leaves a glass like look on the panels.

Get the meqaurs clay kit from halfords then buy the carnuaba wax polish as well then stand back and look at the shine.
