A very very nice Omega   I love the colour and the leather interior, although, (everybody to their own) I'm not too keen on the silver surround on the centre console and gear stick area. Infact, it's not just your pics (and only my opinion), but I dislike any sort of interior silver trim on any make of car, I think it looks tacky, and makes what could be a good interior look tacky also. Overall, your car looks the mut's nut's  8-) and no doubt belongs to a proud owner, thanks for sharing your pics.

Sure is   I'm not so keen on the walnut effect.

The tower is called castle hill in Huddersfield, used to be a nice pub next to it, but got pulled down for some reason. You can see what used to be the pub in the pics in the link, the one with the cars parked round it.

Just to add, it's a pity the pub got pulled down, used to do some nice food   massive car park, and a nice big flat field next to it, I've had some jolly nights many moons ago             camping overnight, would have made a good place for a yorkshire meet up.

tidy!! did it already have those side repeaters or did you sort them out?

mine's a 2000x GLS aswell, gave it some elite treatment though

Clear side repeaters..... £7 a pair inc vat, got them from Evens Halshaw (Wakefield)

Thought I'd go out and take some pics this afternoon. She's my first Omega (just testing the water), just the GLS (not too many toy's).
Only had her 2 weeks, but loving every minute I have to go out, (more trips than needed   )

im tempted by this meet but i dont know anybody. other reason is that i need my cambelt done if someone is free to do it for me? im only coming from scarborough.

and also is anyone taking wives/kids as i have a 6 year old thats never been camping before. cant really bring the wife tho as she is 7 months pregnant and a tent will be a bit uncomfortable for her

Get yerself along   it'll be fun, and get yer belt done in the process. But the main reason for attending will be Guy's curry  8-)

Not sure of schedule but we're in york and there's a couple of harrogate, doncaster, leeds & n. lincs members.

Anyone for Thirsk / Ripon meet then, fairly central and good links with A19 / A1
