300 miles might be about right for a 3.0 if you're doing a lot of short journeys.

Omega General Help / battery help.
« on: 16 March 2008, 20:34:10 »
Hi folks, my battery decided to give up the ghost and i,ve had to jump start it the last 2 days by hijacking the next car driving past my garage
What i want to know is..
a: do i need a heavy duty one or will a normal car battery be ok?
b: how much would i be looking at for a new one(cheap as poss cos i'm a bit skint atm)
I've already pestered Timbuk to see if he's got one lying about but it doesn't look like he has.
We're going down portsmouth next friday and i don't fancy jump starting it every time i need to drive it

If it has steering wheel controls for the radio, solid headrests, airbags in the side of the seats then its a mini-facelift
