Not put any progress pics on here, so heres some new ones that I took today with its latest mods.

Since I got the car I've done 13k miles in 4 months, so it doesnt stay still very long (or clean  :-[ ) It also gets serviced at the dealers every month!

Here's a pic taken a couple of weeks after I got it on a day out in Lloret de Mar (was on hols in France)

First mod was just before I set off to France, the essential cruise contol, plug the new stalk in and it works!

On my return from France I had hid's fitted at the York meet.

Then came the wheels..

Then the fuel 'puter, just needs the correct code putting in as the one we had put the engine management light on, mate with tech 2 is working on it

Then the sunvisors were fitted

Then this weekend Mark and Ian_D fittted leather (supervised by amigo and myself), all the electrics work and heated bits (also fitted a front window after the car was broken into on Friday night)

Nearly a full row of buttons!!

Todays mission was to convert the manual rear windows to electric...
My mate Kev sorting the loom out

All done and dusted, and all working!

Meanwhile Ian_D got busy under the bonnet (cleaning apparently?)

Think he's really a secret convert to the weasle power  ;D

I'll get some better pics when I've cleaned it sometime!
Few more jobs to do yet, I've got a chip to try, and a bumper with fogs to fit shortly  :y

Is there showers at this meet?

I as others have children so where do we take them to shower?

iirc yep there is showers in the toilet block

I'll be arriving at 7ish on Friday, and I'll get the bbq cranked up straight away. I managed to get Friday booked off at short notice, then a few people have called in sick so I've had to cancel my day off

As a starter for 10, has the BBQ situation been resolved - traditionally at OOF meets, we tend to have a big BBQ that we all gather round in the evenings - which helps make it a more social affair than if everyone all did their own seperate things in their own tents in the evenings.

As said elsewhere I'll have my large gas bbq with me that folks are more than welcome to use. To give a clue to its size it takes 2 to lift and a lot of arguing to get it through the pikey palace door. I'll also have the grill and hobs in the caravan, and the bbq has a hob on the side.

If anyone wants to know where things are locally then feel free to ask Ian or myself and we'll point you in the right direction.
Is it gas or charcoal? Actually, my Q is more, is there enough stuff (gas or charcoal) to keep it running for all those hungry mouths....

Its gas, I'll bring a full bottle with me and it wont run out, as a rule a full bottle lasts me about a year, and it gets used most weekends.

Heres a pic of Guy cooking the curry on it last year..

I'll be bringing my large bbq  :y

If anyone fancies a challenge I'm needing the exhaust manifold gasket doing on the td.
The following weekend its got another 1k mile trip to france, and it'd be nice to drive it without it sounding like a..... erm..... tractor  ;D

I'll supply the brews/cakes to helpers  :y

Oh and if anyone wants a real challenge, I've still got one of those ^^^ tents in my caravan that needs folding  ;D

I'll be off with Club Irmscher again. Went last year in my Cav v6 and went on the strip a few times.
Usually go on the Friday and camp at a nice campsite till Monday. Just set off early on Sunday and join the queues, but have a relaxing night after the show.
