A FEW NEW PHOTOS TAKEN TODAY; THIS CAR WILL GO IN P/X FOR A PEUGEOT IF I DON'T SELL BY NEXT WEEK. OPEN TO OFFERS AND WOULD CONSIDER £900. THIS CAR RUNS PERFECT AND HAS BEEN MAINTAINED TO A HIGH STANDARD AS I HAVE TWO SMALL CHILDREN AND SAFETY COMES FIRST ;)

The car has had 8 owners which suprised me a little as it's in very good condition for it's age. There is no sign of accident damage and the paint is in good shape. I've spent the following since December:

27/11/09                  £721.00
Oil change
Oil filter
Air filter
Pollen filter
Spark plugs
Brake pads
Timing belt kit Vauxhall
Water pump
MOT

25/01/10

Car has a CD-SAFE fault which can be fixed for £25+P&P by Dave DND

The car is very nice and interior photos can be found here:

have you asked the garage what they will knock off the price of the pug if you dont have trade in you may then be able to drop your price and sell to someone one here then you no its gone to good home

To be honest, I think that £1000 is a very good price..however, the price of the pug was reduced before I discussed trading in my car.. :-[

I just put down a deposit on a 07 Peugeot 307SW that hopefully will return 55mpg, I am trading in my beautiful X-reg 2.5CDX for which the bastards are only giving me £500! I bought the car in Novemebr for £950 and have since spent £1200 on new tyres, cambelt, water pump, front brakes, service, MOT etc.
The car has 4 very nice CDX rims, each with a
TOYO PXT-!-R 99 tyre. These tyres cost me £535 in total £540 after balancing, valves, tyre disposal and VAT.
I would be very happy to see the rims and tyres (which are 5 months old and have done about 7000 miles go to a good home for £150 and your old rims and tyres (I can't drive to the Peugeot dealer without wheels ;D)

OR, and it's a big or, you can buy the whole car for £1000
The car has just turned 100k three days ago and has the MOT expires in December. The car needs the disc player sent to Dave DND as it has a fault-CDC safe. Otherwise the car has very little wrong with it.

The colour is green (colour code 08L).

PM sent ;)

Hi I would be interested as I really need an estate for camping, mine is a 2000 X 2.5 cdx (sorry, no leather), manual and with 97k on the clock. New cambelt and water pump+major service 4 months ago, new set of tyres (£500) and new front brake pads in January. The car has been kept spotless, runs beautifully and can be viewed on these threads.

I think the seller is having a hard time getting the hang of posting photos, based on their thread in the gallery section.

Good luck, looks like a nice car but I agree that more photos would help.  ;)

Omega Gallery / The Omega's replacement
« on: 05 June 2010, 20:40:48 »
I finally sold my house in Spain and have been able to replace my Omega with a newer, more economical car. The Omega was a great car and will be missed, however it went to an OOF member who is very happy with the purchase.

Below is the 55 mpg replacement with a great panoramic roof and lots of toys :)
