I currently have have asingle cd/radio   system in my car. I have seen this player on ebay and got quite interested, but i have got one question.
Will this be a straight forward swap? Also as the new changer/radio has no code, a trip to the dealers is a must. What kind of money will be i be looking at?

This is the changer i am interested in. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=250299488921#ebayphotohosting

My car is a facelift 2002 CD model. Thanks

in my opinion its way overpriced since it has no code, but they're a good unit, only a 4 disc changer tho not 6. i'm still in thought as to whether to get one myself yet

not certain, it came back as unbranded as far as i recall, but with a couple of similar variations from other little-known brands

looks great for its price, around £250ish

you after one?

partly tempted to upgrade the stereo system in my corsa (no big box in the boot or owt like that) but it all depends on whether my cash will allow for it without affecting house savings

i was about to mention that, there are a good few unbranded electricals these days, feature packed but questionable reliability

vibrating too much?

when turning the passenger side on using the driver side knob, the passenger side should come on at the same temp as the drivers and be completely independantly adjustable via its own knob, ie when both are on and you change the driver temp, the passenger will remain at whatever temp it was left on. if you turn the driver temp up, then switch the passenger side off and back on via the driver side knob, it'll come back on the same temp as the driver side

pretty certain this is the norm, its been like this in my current facelift elite and my previous facelift GLS

Not all omegas are prewired. If it has the cellular aerial, it is.

16 pin connector taped to glovebox, aerial in kick panel.  Need an autolead, mic, and hf kit

Thanks Jamie, it does. and i found the aerial in driver side kick panel, i have the nokia CARK 91 coming tomorrow
Blimey, CARK 91 is a bit old!

I think I still have a few here ;D

I still use the nokia 6310i for business, i find it a great phone, does the job..makes phone calls.... ;D ;D ;D

if you're not using it, it usually says navi inactive, if you start to use it, it should say navi active

but then my disc is in all the time, i dont take it out

Cheers Danny, that then makes this seem extremely dodgy ?

cant see what's dodgy about it, just means he isnt using it at the moment. it only says navi active once you press the nav button and plan your routes and stuff. looks like he's took the screen and ncdc2013 out of an elite
