Our cars just need love......and petrol.
...but consider this possible scenario...Damn! That's just like the start of an episode of Casualty...
You're driving through the Dartford Tunnel and suddenly your little black box bursts into flames.
In panic you manage to slew the car across the road, blocking both lanes. The fire then spreads to the resulting pile up.
Trying to make sense of thisNo point Mate, your possibly too old?
Do you really think i give a sh#t what my insurer thinks far as they no its a standard GLS the cars done 193000 miles its not worth f#ck allAnd that is a truly inexperienced (not the first word I wrote) thing to say, let alone publish to the world...
i would like to no how it would catch fire though as all it does is have an alternitive method of Position 3 on ignitionAs said, you can tell by the thickness of the wires.
As per title...I have a few of those fixings, I can stick them in with the items I have here for you... (still not wrapped them yet, sorry.) Speaking of which, it seems another Forum User has expressed an interest in the t.c. switch and blanks, did you need specifically these items or are you having them as spares??
If anyone else volunteers between now and then,by all means take them up on their offer.Cheers, Albs.
How much for the pre facelift TC button and the double blank that sits next to TC button. This would be where the little cubby hole or sat nav screen would be in MFL models? Thanks
The issue is that the stop off pin is the wrong side of the stop off block, ie lined up with the channel, the lock is then locked and so I can't rotate it to get it the other side. If I take the pin out and try to realign it, I can't get it to the point where you can pop the pin in without the lock locking.
Price please for the cruise stalk and the pre facelift buttons (non rubberised).
Ta muchley.
Gary
Those that break cars on here might be finding more than most of us and be at an advantage.....
...a 4 cylinder turbo engine would be 'wrong' for an Omega, unless you were building a stripped out track machine... (for drifting obviously as an Omega is never going to make a track day race car.)
I'm considering it actually... Could be a grin
One way of dealing with tailgaters is to incorporate a switch to allow brake lights to be switched on manually - switch em on and accelerate away from the guy standing on his brakes. Had that system on my MGB engined Riley 1.5 years ago - managed to get a few of them to lock up!!
Yep, let me know a price inc postage and I'll pay via paypal?
