Was cracker of a race, best on i have seen in years!!!

Alonso going round Shumy on the outside in the wet, pure class!!!

So many over taking, brilliant stuff.

You know what they do to make Skid Pans wet have the sprayers that pop up from the ground to make the tarmac wet? - They need those installed on every circuit!!  ;D

Sad that I am have done some browsing and all the TD's I have seen in 2.5 have 140mph dials that blows my theory out the window.  :-[

Bit strange though how its missing the TC.

All V6's should have the 160mph speedo, if its got the 140 one its been fiddle with.

4 Pots and Diesels have the 140

Police ones have the 155mph

again a m8's 21st... i realised i had drunk too much when i could not taste the differnce between Carling & Guiness.

I normally can't stand the black stuff... but drinking it that night i thought this larger tasted a bit 'odd'

Funnily enough it was not the black of the liquid that gave it away it was the letters on the glass....i decided to put that drink down and sober up a bit as I was in Chipping Norton and had no idea were my m8 lived!  ;D

I have to say I don't think the MV6 seats are right in an elite.
Yes they are supportive, and in the MV6 I really like them.

In an elite...no. I want the proper electric seats which I can tie in with the self dipping mirror.

Besides, I can make good money from those MV6 seats! ;)

i bet!! - If i had a dark interior in mine, i would have them off you!  ;D

looks great, welcome to the facelift club were rust is rare  ;D the colour seams a darker than mine, very nice though and a rare find too.

Why do you want the Elite seats Laidback? - The MV6 ones are far more supportive, and better than the Elite ones IMO

i was almost in the same boat, i bought some axel stands from machine mart... the are red with a white Y shape to stand the car on.

I used my old trolley jack and its only just powerfull enough to lift i high enough to fit the stand underneath....

too right... i can't see myself getting a differnt car for a long time (until omega's are so old its not worth it)

Went out in my mums Nissan Almera to the supermarket, god that was an unpleasent experiance... as is driving it. Also went out in an '03 reg polo... its engine sounded like a sewing machine!

Given a healthy car budget of say 3-5k i cannot think of another car i would buy now...

I also thought if i won the lottery, bugger 100,000,0000,000 aston martins and such like... i'll get a Monaro!
