If you would be closer i could borrow you them. Hamsphire is just a tig too far away for a quick coffee Drive. sorry

you heard right. yes it looks like.
i bought the car in August last Year with brand new Brake Pads front and rear. rear Discs not the best in this Time.
the Car had 79000 miles when i bought it, now 125000.
so i think considering this mileage in this time, Brake Pads renewal was ok.
dd i say i like driving lol ?

don't forget caravan towing too.i

ok. thanks. shortcut best option.
will do it tomorow.

never had them on any car attached. no need because as i said, i change them with the disc in december anyway.
guessing untill them i do another 10-12 k plus2k caravan towing, so worth the effort to exchange.

before anyone suggest the rear, just done them on last weekend.lol

they get changed in latest december again.
is not allways the expensive or branded are the best.
the reason i get this price - company discount.
never had any trouble with any of them in 5 years.

dont forget the car is doing some mileage. lol

so get isolation of the wires each side and shortcut them should stop the computer warning message then ?

how do i shortcut them?
just cut them and connect both poles together ? shrinkwrap after?

pads being only 7£ the set for front.
needed it fast so no time to wait of orders etc.

Hi Guys.
i changed Brake Pads today, after market as they cheaper .lol
they don't have the wires for the warning attached.
now i have the computer telling me Brake Wear and check.

how do i get rid of that?
wires connect together or any way to disconnect the feed ? anything as I don't intend buying Vauxhal Brake Pads which going down like others anyway.

What dos this light mean?
i seen some posts before but cant find any now.

the light cam on after i came back from yr motorway driving for around 25 miles 70+ and over country lanes around 50 plus overtaking reaching 70, then town traffic.
no difference in speed, pulling, or noises.

it came of up hill driving off on a roundabout but when i drove around a half a mile and had to stop it went off.
off since,

anything i should watch out for or maybe doing before it gets somehow worse?

Omega 2.5 V6 2001 reg. automatic estate.

i never use a motorway station unless for a coffee.
only time i would fill up there is on company fuell card .

rather doing the 5 miles up the motorway to save 5 p per litre.
well i usualy fill up anyway as soon it going to half. like a full tank in case of need.

right, just changed the rear Brake discs, Shoes and Pads on the Omega.
Reason, it was giving a reading between 3.5 and 4 on the Brake check and indication of wobble by braking.
also i was waiting of the Pads to go down which been grinding the last 2 days now.
it was Time to change, at least one Job done in 1 hour.

now i figured out why the rear left was oppsed up.
i bought the car like this and cjecjed the pads but they been new, never actually had the tyre of to check of this little monster.

this is missing.
i try to get one but seems they not available to  buy.
anybody got a spare one of them please?

I am looking for this kind of spring which holds the sliders in place and secures them.
