if you fit another radio, it also depends how you wire it,( i wanted mine on permenent). it will stay on forever, but lights up so i cant forget to turn off. sonys will bleep to remind you when you take the key out. if wired correctly.

right use a rough emery paper lightly on them, if you break through, they were no good anyway, if not lightly smear black cv grease on them. ive done mine for years like this. its the same as motorbike spokes! if theyre not rusty then its ok!

if it happens for the first 0-10-15mph and if you hold it at the speed it does it, it stops as with no strain/acceleration then it goes, could be propshaft centre support, that sound/feeling comes from behind the front seats, but cant explain why yours only does it when warm :-/ but saying that i dont remember mine doing it when i left the house in the morning. a passenger in the back(middle) could feel it under his feet when it did it.

Omega General Help / Re: new lamba sensor locations
« on: 02 September 2009, 05:14:25 »
im gonna have to do this too, as im fed up of clearing the codes every week, mind you the bulb has now blown, so i cant see it, but still have to check nothing else has gone wrong. luckily got a range of welders so piece of urine. nice use of high temp spray thats exactly what i would have done! also if sensors are seized, it might be easier to buy a new pair cut wires to old and let them plug the holes. i have used the universal sensors for a while now, gets through mots on a number of cars and at the price can be changed when needed.

yep good tool, the freeze frame and live data good for finding when problems happen, like on mine 420, 430 seem to happen at about 1520rpm, coolant 85ish'c and 50ish mph at slight (7-10)percent throttle. so im in 5th and pootling along to work when it happens. drive it like you stole it and it doesnt happen. odd

Omega General Help / Re: Tow bar wiring problem
« on: 08 September 2009, 21:10:13 »
yep change your inicator relay for a towing one, no bleeper needed. as far as i know its an audiable or visual warning. the new relay will flash the towbar light in the dash, when the trailer is on. or as mine does every now and then, with hazards, even without the trailer! but its worh checking the law.
