Where abouts in Liverpool are you?

Lovely little village where the kids are throwing nail bombs at each other. and im serious!

Knowsley mate, just off the M57/M62

Quiet round there. I was born in Toxteth and then moved to Wavertree until I got relocated on the witness protection program.

Best you stop posting mate, I hear there is still a bounty on your head .... or is it just your wifes snickers?

Gave a local a knock today as he has had an elite on his drive for a year or two with flat tyres etc, mentioned I could be interested in some parts but it would be easier to take the whole thing off his hands. Apparently the autobox is goosed and one of the heads had gone porous? Definately isn't goin back on the road....

Anyways I offers him £120 as I could take it and pick what I need at my leisure but he looked as though I had insulted his wife. It has the old leather int without airbags so I wouldnt make a fortune breaking it methinks,  What do you reckon its worth?

We get some unexplainable bumps and bangs around our house since my mother in law died. We were sat watching TV last week when a picture her mother had painted fell off the wall, the screw was still there in the wall and the string on the back of the picture was still intact, the picture has been hanging there for about 18 months ::) :o

Nick, its good to hear your daughter is OK :y

I do not wish to scare you, but I believe Pete that what you are experiencing indicates the spirit of the deceased, your mother-in-law, has not fully departed this world for the next.  This, I believe, is different to when people first depart this life and move on and pictures suddenly bounce of walls as I described in my earlier comment, or the deceased has made a final departing good bye to let you know all is ok, as I have known to happen with close relatives and in particular my mother and mother-in-law.

The situation Nick faced is one of those incidents involving very much the living, when some form of psychic energy is emitted due to high emotion or drama that is transmitted across often vast (to human perspective) distance.  It is more often in the form of "knowing something is wrong" with someone a long way off, as many women especially seem to experience, as I have done, with just knowing your daughter /son / mother / husband etc has a problem. Another example of this is knowing somehow the telephone is about to ring with 'a problem' just before it does.  That has happened numerous times for me! :o :o

This has happened to me a few times.Once I remember leaving the house to walk to the pub and getting halfway there then getting the strangest feeling about my brother, I turned and ran back to the house bursting through the door, me and my mum looked at each other and she had had the exact same feeling only for the phone to go two seconds later.. It was the local Hospital to say my bro had been in a big car smash. Luckily he recovered but I will never forget that feeling.  :o

Hi, Mods to move or delete as they choose but would be grateful if moved.

Big crack in mine so tow eye cover has fallen off, I only need the lower colour coded section for my mini facelift but would take a full bumper if I need to, wouldn't say no to a set of door strips from a facelift model too if any are going.

Cheers Jon
