On second thoughts

When you face the car, it is the one that goes behind the cam cover on the left hand side. Wouldn't that be the drivers one then?

One for each bank of cylinders. No2 is passenger side, and it will be damaged cable where its got trapped near cam cover ;)

That sounds about right! The guy at vauxhall said something about a pinched cable.

Which knock sensor matey?

Now now James! You know I don't know about things like that!! That would require some mechanical knowledge

The one on the left? maybe? does that help?

I could point to it but as I don't know where the other one is I am none the wiser

You could remove the washer bottle and clean it out

Personally though, I'd just shove a running hose in the washer bottle, let it overflow and leave it running for a bit

Then top back up with a decent mix of screenwash :)

Cheers mate. Another reason to flood outside my workshop and use my company water!!

On another note, my air con was all sorted and whilst the engine bay had some space to work I treated myself to a brand spanking new radiator so no leaks or anything now.

Engine management light still flickers occasionaly. Visit to Vauxhall - £35 from my wallet and tech 2 says knock sensor faulty. Nice!

As per title.

When I squirt the window whatever is in there really smells horrible.

Some T-cut and a bit of elbow grease might help, just done mine last week, they were 'poo' as you said and starting to go yellow. 5 mins on each one and they were much better ;)

Exactly what i used to do on my 94 cdx. Works a treat :)

Red and blue only represent the life span of the coolant. Very easy to undo radiator cap (front nearside) and drain. Flush through with a hose until it runs clear and then fill up.

10 - 15 mins I reckon.

I use red!

My Fog Light did this and I ignored it.

Then it completey corroded and stopped working. I can't offer advice on sorting it as I left it too late and had to get a replacment but all I can advise it not to leave it.

But you may still need a new receiver dryer as if you have had a leak and moisture has got into it it will not work properly.

I would suggest having the wheels balanced and tracking done before any major expediture on other items.

Overpriced and not even a Leather Interior. Offer £1750 but no more

Kit is about £70 plus VAT so £40 to fit seems good.

I had the same problem with the trim on '94 CDX. You will not get it to stick back for any length of time. I managed to get it to stay for 3 weeks at most then it would peel again.

I agree either breakers yard or new one is IRO £50,
