If bearings etc check out ok, then there is another possible cause and that's the nut under top nut of strut maybe working loose,; you'll need to pop off the plastic cover on the strut top mount, then remove the top nut (I think allen key and large spanner will be needed here) followed by the large domed washer and you should then see the lower nut (this holds spring/bearing and strut assy. together) now check tightness of this nut, if this nut is loose it can cause wheel wobble at around the speeds you mention.

Elm 327 won't work with yours as it's '98 model they only work with 2001+ models

Could be discs warping under extreme heat, have a look at them and see if there's a large lip on the outer of the discs if so then replace them along with new pads.
