hi i have a 2001 omega mv6,windscreen wipers stopping in middle of screen all of a sudden,they work fine just finish in the middle,

hi all, the secondary alarm keeps going off even when the car is unlocked,the horn and hazzard lights do not sound or flash when this happens,any ideas?

i have a new ncdc 2013 in my 2001 mv6,the gps ariel that fits to the back of the head unit is broken (i think),no copper core in the centre ,it doesnt give me the corect position,i was in liverpool last week and it showed me i was in the english channel lol,its still the same now i have the cid screen ,does anyone know where i can get a new connector from and whats its called? and are the easy to replace?

its just a black screen with the menu box in the left corner,ive been thro all the map options,scale etc,changed the navi disc twice will no joy,ive checked the connectors on the back of the cid but they are fitted and locked into place,

i have talked to a car audio specialist and he said he thinks it a problem with the head unit,he said if there was a problem with the ariel i wouldnt get any form of navagation

i dont know what they did,when they fitted the new ncdc the display read display safe,he plugged in tech 2,entered the car code,the bleeping stopped from the radio and the screen worked,its the orignal cid

no the old one wasnt depaired because of its condition when it blew,the new one was installed using tech 2 by a vauxhall techie

i had an old ncdc 2015 and cid,the 2015 went bang so i bought a brand new 2013,had it fitted at vauxhall today

i think so.there are only 3 cables to connect,the main power,ariel and phone on the back of the head unit,its strange,like i said everything else works just no colour map,just a black screen with the small menu and repeat box

yes tb its the colour screen,i have had a quick look in the book but cant find anything about it,nothing in the trouble shooting guide either
