Omega General Help / EML Light on

This seems to be a common problem on Omegas, how can you diy the light off, not the one with the spanner through it the yellow engine light. Have done the code thing and seems it is some sort of sensor. New engine fitted and light came on after an oil change. Drove fine for 1200 miles until the oil and filter change.
Any help would be appreciated.
