well its now a 3 inch hole   oh well it will just have to be plated over.

You're just recycling, that old fridge was going to landfill, but your are recylcing the metalwork for your car

(does that make Omegas good for the environment )

the bodys good even the rear archs are just starting to bubble so i was shocked to find the hole i`ll get a pic before its done.

  i know my cars 13 years old but while me and a mate were fitting new wishbones we found a hole in the off site strut   is this a weak area near side is solid as is the underside the only thing we can think of is that maybe the expansion tank leaked a lot at some time   oh well welding touch it is  :-/

EML is on all the time it dont idle too well after the choke has cut out and one other thing it had a new exhaust fitted badly from the looks of it as i think its leaking dont know if that would be a factor and tonight i also noticed the airflow sensor is fitted so well it fell off when i touched it   will push that back in tommorrow.

done the paperclip test as my EML is on and its come back with

code 38 Oxygen sensor circuit Voltage high so then any ideas please peeps.

thx although i still cant really see how the rod that opens the door from the handle is attacted  :-/ but its giving me a idea of how it should be.

pictures or anything that shows how the drivers door mechanism should be as the previous owner broke the handle had tried to fix it and left all the bits in the door pocket   ive got a new handle but cant get it to work right ..................     hhhheeeellllpppp  :-/  please.
