im talking about a quiet contry road not the middle of london.how many ofyou have stuck to the right speed limit i bet not  many at times.if we all stuck dead on or near there be a traffic  jam every where ;D :)

yep got done on sunday going to a car show .on the 414 between harlow and chelmsford.doing 42 when should be 30.coppers were pulling loads of motors just my luck must have been having a purge at 8am .applied for awarness course >:( :( :o

hi can any one tell me what the eletrical plug does on my fuel filter 2.2tdi  i also have one fitted on my wifes pug 406 2.0 diesel . any ideas folks. its a 2052 plate the pug is a 2003 plate cheers guys  :-[

hi just had code read on fault with management light on and reads as p0190 high pressure diagnosis leakage/ po725rpm sensor incorrect signal/p1335 sensor signal.any ideas folks sounds expensive thanks for any info cheers  geoff

hi driving home from work this light came on and car would not accelerate  only struggled up to 30 mph .afew minetes later it went off and car drove normally again.car is a 52 plate 2.2dti. any ideas please has it got to go on a computor to check fault .

ive just renewed my insurance i was quoted 300 pounds  for my 2.2tdi estate with the same company .phone them up and told them ive had lower qoutes .i.e go compare etc anyway after a chat they dropped it to 257 pounds.it pays to speak to someone rarther than automaticlly let it renew its origanal quote.

i alway use metherlated spirit works every time also wipe blades with it as well using a decent cloth  or strong tissue paper  :)

hi ive recentley change my glow plugs on my 2.2dti 52 plate.but the engine stil takes two or three turns before firing .can you tell me  where the glow plug relay is and price to get one plus part no  as i might as well change this as well  .thanks for all help.great forum guys :) :y

hi matt i have just changed my belt on the exact same engine i remove the undertray to give me better acess to the tensioner .you have to loosen the tensioner  bolt with a torx socket then using a 19mm socket with a bar pushing it anticlock wise fitting the belt over the tensioner pulley last .ps only use belt part no 6pk 1902 iif you have a.c .i also change the tensioner as well as a precauion i bourt both parts from a vaxhall dealer as i didnt want to risk pattern made parts cost a little more but garented parts. hope this helps geoff cheers

hi i have the same car my syptoms are the same but i think its due to the cold wearther at the moment itim not to worrid as the heater gets warm after about ten minets into my journey.my gauge moves up to normal :)
