Omega General Help / Water leak problem

I have recently had a new radiator replaced and the system refilled. After approx 4 weeks I now have a leak that appears adjacent to the oil filter. Having inspected the hoses in that area there are no obvious leaks but water drips off of the flange on the top of the sump but doesn't appear above it. Could this be the pump leaking or should I be looking elsewhere
