Omega General Help / 02 Omega Drivers door wont open
« on: 06 October 2015, 20:42:26 »
Hi all, been a few years years since I've been here but just treated myself to another Omega!

Searched the issue but can't find one like mine.

As said, drivers door wont open.
It locks and unlocks with the key and the fob, the plunger moves with the central locking but it just wont open from inside or out.
Door card is off but I cant see what the problem is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Craig

Omega General Help / Heater not changing temperature
« on: 20 June 2012, 19:30:52 »
After pulling the centre console out (of my MFL Omega ) so many times to get the bl00dy radio in, I noticed I'd pulled out a wire from the top, white one I think. Thought all was working ok apart from the auto control, but after a 3000 mile drive through France and Spain I noticed it doesn't get cold, or hot. Temperature changes on the display, but actual temperature stays the same, and it doesn't change from screen, feet, face settings, again it does on the display, but not in reality.

Does this one wire do all this does anyone know?
Thanks
Craig

Omega General Help / Central Locking inop UGRENT!
« on: 29 May 2012, 22:10:28 »
My fuse has just blown for the speedo/rev counter, radio and other bits and bobs, shorted out.
Happened before, but when I replaced the fuse everything worked again including central locking.
For some reason now, my central locking doesn't work. Can't find a separate fuse for it anywhere.
Any ideas why??
Going away so NEED it to work to lock my boot!
Thanks

Omega General Help / Fitting door cards M/F/L

I'm trying to refit the door cards on my 99 Omega M/F/L but can't get the rear ones on over the lock plunger surround. Do the surrounds come off or do ya just have to force it over?
Cheers

Did end up very stressed. Tried putting the plugs behind and up behind part of the dash.
I'll give it another go tomorrow when I have some light
Cheers

The stations don't come up on the display, but I'm really not fussed about that, has them on the radio anyway so thats not a problem.
It works fine, had it all plugged up and everything.
Just cant get it all the way in the hole with all the wires and plugs in the way.
Anything behind there that needs cutting to make more room??
