Omega General Help / None starter x reg 2.0 Omega

Hi all , i'm new to this site so be gentle with me, I have just purchased a x reg 2.0 Omega, problem is it will not start now and there are no lights on the dashboard displayed when ignition is switched on. headlights work as does stereo and electric windows but the engine just turns over with nothing happening. could it be the main ignition relay
