Hi all been unable to fully log in to OOF for over a week due to being unable to reset my e-mail password to access my talktalk email account to enable me to reset my OOF password as my laptop crashed and dumped all my saved passwords 
Been on the phone to them for about Three hours in total over the last few days and finally got it sorted. But apparently according to Talk Talk the problem has still not been fully resoved and could take weeks and has effected thousands of customers. No e-mail for weeks in this day and age "just not good enough"
