Vvankers who never indicate where they are going at roundabouts and junctions. 

Haha . In Spain drivers are taught to stay in the slow lane until their exit. Couple this with no one using indicators means it is fairly pointless having two or three or four lane roundabouts.

Two riggers today. They have got the short arm on and just lifting the long arm. It is quite windy……

Over fifty years ago, I built a hammerhead crane with my extended Meccano set from a photo.

I am away on holiday.

New huge holiday blocks going up behind our block. They have been busy building hammerhead cranes all week. They have a mobile extending crane and a rigger( ?) assembling the pieces. Impressive stuff

If you'd kept your mouth shut until after the election in Canada, the result would have been different, and you might have got a more sympathetic ear. Never mind.

Part of it is because Trump wants Canada to become the 51st state of the USA....which many Canadians don't want.

Another element is the rebound from the welcome departure of 'woke tit' Justin Trudeau.

I think you would be surprised how many do want to be a part of the US. Especially in the West.

Just like having a charge to stay in a French hospital. Seems like a good idea. Might act as a deterrent.

Should be means tested too so that the rich pay more.

I am reading an excellent book at the moment on the actual mechanics of the transportation and life of convicts to Australia often for trivial offences. It is hard to believe it occurred only 200 years ago or so. Punishment ,for amazingly trivial violations in the colony , like 50 lashes just meted out on a whim. Sometimes the victim couldn’t be given the punishment all in one day and was brought back in a wheelbarrow the next for the balance.

TV and internet.

Internet keeps going faulty no up.

Managed a hack and watched SISU film. TV keeps displaying low battery. Replaced batteries in three handsets. Still doing it. Worse if I move film freezes or actually changes channels. At one point I said ah bloody hell. It found a film called bloody hell.Havent got Alexa or anything else . You could not make it up.
