Thanks for everyones comments,I have certainly noticed a difference going from a 2.0 ltr Diesel 406 manual to a 2.6 V6 Auto..I guess it's the price you pay for comfort. I'll give it a full service at the weekend and see if that improves the MPG,now where did I put my wallet...lol.
Well I've now put £80 of fuel in my 2.6 V6,I've now calmed down with my driving and driving it sensibly and all I'm getting is 24.1 mpg and thats driving on motorway and some A roads.....I can see why now the car seemed such a bargain...What could I do the improve the mpg ?
Hi Guys and Girls my name is Martin, just got myself a 2003 2.6 CDX and Loving it .Glad I found this forum and already has helped me out .Only wish I could get a Haynes Manual for it .
Thanks for your replies....The wipers do work when I pull the arm back and you can hear the motor whinning but no water water comes out. I will have a look again on Sunday and remove some parts and investigate. Thanks again for your help guys.
>:(Hi,just purchased a 2003 CDX and no water is coming from the jets, water comes out the headlamps but not the windscreen, obviously the pump must be OK,I have needled the jets and they dont seem to be blocked.I have traced most of the pipe and it doesn't seem to be leaking anywhere.Just thought I would ask before I start removing everything as it may be a simple soloution. Help would be very much appreciated.
