ok, so i've found the air in the system -  a hairline crack in the screw down top to the diesel filter...... so that's fixed.... i can't find a pre-prime pump anywhere, so how do i bleed the system??

I have a '00 Omega 2.2dti which has just become a problem to start from cold. I've replaced glow plugs and glow plug relay and still no joy. It goes with a tow of about 20mtrs and will then run without problem - BUT!! if its left for 2 - 2.5 hours it has to be towed again. From elimination i think that the diesel's returning back to the tank, so is there a return valve in the system - or should i be looking somewhere else??
