I have the launch diagun x431 diagnostics
I've checked timing and all ok
Still p0340 code 2day
I have checked wiring from sensor to ecu and testing ok ::)

I cleared all codes just getting p0340 now, code clears ok but when I go to start car warning light comes back on and code up again! Gearbox isn't changing good either but thought that was down to the engine not revving out properly?
Any help much appreciated

I must just check gearbox tomorow again and I'll let y no thanks

I had 2 non genuine on it an no different was advised to buy genuine, fitted and still no joy
Everything else testing ok :(

Still battling with this problem still p0340 checked timing ,have genuine  cam sensor checked wiring all ok,
I'm thinking the only other thing would be the ecu, would anyone agree?

i orignally had 2 pattern sensors on it as thought the first was faulty
so bought a genuine vx sensor an still same fault couldnt be a fault with 3 sensors could ther?
do these cars give problems with the ecu?

fitted my original vauxhall cam sensor and car no better, codes p1700 p0340 and p1405, car still not revving past 4000rpm.
any1 got any ideas?

thanks for the help guys, sensor wasnt genuine was after market one code p0340 still remains!!
unplugged maf an tryed car still wont rev over 4000-4.500 rpm,
think it will have to be a genuine 1 before i go any further >:(

im new to this site im wondering if anyone on here could help with omega codes p1700, p0650, p0340 its a 2001 2.2 auto
i have fitted a new camshaft sensor and checked wiring engine will not rev over 4000-4500 rpm
any help much appreciated
