Hello Ali. For your 1995 edition Omega, you can use a Tech1/a with a dedicated Omega B cartridge and an OBDII connector. This covers pretty much everything for your car. I have one and it does the trick on my 1997 Omega, although I have yet to plug it in to my 2004 facelift to see what, if anything, it covers on that. Hope that's of some help (Tech1's tend to be a lot cheaper than Tech2's)
