Newbie Welcome Area / airbag warning light

Any one Preston Lancs area who may be able to assist.
I have 3.0ltr Elite 2001 with an airbag warning light.
Been to dealers today and tech 2 gave following 'TC 93 and 95' followed by
'Occupancy pad req'. This i believe translated to fault codes indicating passenger seat occupancy sensor fault. Stated they checked wiring and okay so needs a seat rebuild and new pad - £700 plus. Anyone know of someone who can experienced who can assist Preston area as not surprisingly i am reluctant to part with that much.
Any ideas or any one know garage that specializes in this sort of thing?
