well Rob put me straight with a simple reply. I guess Andy,s sarcasm has clouded  knowledge of Omega, because he was totally wrong about this question and my straight 6 sump was identical to the petrol sump

I have a OMEGA BMW engine diesel 2.5  on a V reg I need a sump are they all standard size as I have noticed that my drain plug is directly below the sump the one Im looking at has the drain plug on its side and come off a petrol

it sometimes had moody moment after run where it would take a while to start then when I finally got it to start I would have to wait for it to build up revs it finally died on the motorway yesterday I lost full power but got it home when I went to start it again it fired up but not forward operation

hello my 2.5 auto diesel will not pull away when I place it in drive but will work when I place it in reverse is the problem elecrical
