Hi, have had a look to see if my problem as cropped up before.. but with no real luck!! - The other day i had put my  bag to go to work in rear drivers side door, but when i got to work it would not open, still will not.. the outside handel is not stiff, does not respond to cenral locking, the knob in side just will not come up- solid as.... other doors open ok on fob, now i"am guessing something as failed, or the solenoid? were is this , and whats the best way to approach this job ? , its a 20.I 16v  ,1999.. any help would be great... thankyou.

alot of these new cars -lights are to bright as has been said.. are they not set up right, or is it a number of factors.. but seems to be everywere.. not good..  and why people find it hard to use fog lights correctly is behond me..  add one other week going to work - yes was foggy -but long range vision was good, got behind this car and it put its rear fogs on...was not happy. lol

After my thread a yr ago about headlights on my 20i 16v, and the great help i received about cleaning and using osram day breakers.. they were alot lot better.. after this yrs mot ,and a few marks against the headlights, i thought i would invest in some new ones..i bought some Depo aftermaket ones, fitted brill, earth lug was bit weak. but all in all look brill.- had them set up sat at my local garage,, and basicly iam very disaapointed in them- high beam is fine.. but dip- worse than old lights.. nothing 3mtrs in front of car- like i"ve got no lights on driving under street lights.. i no you get wot you pay for.. i just thought these would help alot to have a unmarked and grubby lense.. Anyone else purchased these??  :'(

« on: 17 January 2014, 00:03:40 »
Hi guys , noticed the other day why my aircon does not work on my T reg 20.i  i thought it just needed gasing up, it appears the bottom of the rad as just basicly rotted away.. :( so my qwestion is - are all the aircon rads the same on all models + fitment points -or is there another model in the range that i could get a replacement from??  :y
