Sorry to revive a thrread that's almost 6 years old
, but I may have finally found an answer about this car.
Looks like this is going to be a bit late for the OP, as I just checked the DVLA and it doesn't look to be on the road any more.
KN51 WVW was a very very special omega, and if it has been scrapped, you're going to be kicking yourself now. It was previously owned by non-other than...

That would explain all the extras, special equipment etc...
