Seen similar when the unit just constantly tries (and flattens battery in process). In some cases, its fault codes in the srs ecu, sometimes its just a faulty telematics (and not stuck switches either!)

What about if I get the ignition re-wired so that when that is turned off it also turns off the power to the Phone. The window which appears asks if I want to call the emergency No Yes or No. Stays on for 30 secs.

  NCDC 2015 switches emergency phone on when ignition is off and key out. Originally thought it was switching on radio but have now discoovered it switches phone on (Nokia). I removed the sim and just sat in the car until it came on again so sim has no effect.  Any ideas?

Just saying Hello. New to Posting so if I goof please forgive. My Username is Salesian and real name Dennis. I have a Omega Elite 2003 3.2 with 83,00o on the clock but starting to get electrical problems. First my NCDC 2015 radio decided to swictch on when th car is locked or unlocked and key oout of ignition. Ran batttery down pretty quick. Vauxhall could not put a finger on it and recommended replacement at £673 plus VAT. Found a NCDC 2013 on web for £149 and bought as I understand it is compatible, get it monday. In the meantime another problem has arisen. Central locking is not working properly. Operating it would lock it and immediately unlock. Could not keep it locked. Same if I used the key. Tonight I had to make sure it was locked so I pushed the door locks down on all passenger doors nd then diid the same with the driver's door. Now cannot open driver's door at All. How can I get something off theinside panel to get at the mechanism because I suspect something has disconnected. The door locking knob will not budge.
