You can dismantle the valve and see what is wrong. It is just a mechanical valve. If the membrane is ok it should be good. Most ofen the problem with EGR is caused by vacuum system. Check that first.

There's no bleeding system in 2.2 DTI. You may want to mount a manual pump on the inlet pipe to make some pressure in the system when you change the filter. I had this problem too and it was a nightmare to start the car. Make sure that the battery is full when you try. Beware of cranking the car with no diesel in the injection pump. That's not doing any good to the pump as it's lubricated from the diesel fuel.

Lol, well judging by just one of the photos:

No traction control
Climate (as all facelift have)
Colour satnav NCDC2013
No Alarm
No heated seats
5 speed manual

All above are true but it have NCDC 2015. Engine 2.2 DTI 88 kw / 122 CP 280 NM. Eberspaecher add on heater, self leveling suspension (back), sunroof. About colour satnav,

is useless for me because i'll never find maps for my country.
