Are all omega manual g/box's fitted with this type of flywheel or are there any exceptions? garage says my gearbox is faulty and since found out on this forum it could be the flywheel? good mechanics eh?

diesel 2.2 gearbox noise! sounds like hydraulic thrust bearing but renewed clutch and bearing only get noise when ticking over and pressing or releasing clutch pedal and help would be appreciated thanks

thanx m8 just cant see the plug when i unscrew the visor? cable does seem to be very short . maybe have to remove head cloth maybe?

Thanx for the picture on the visor got it sorted , had to pull the headcloth down a wee bit and managed to disconnect the plug , need to have small fingers for this job! pity mine are like sausages

Hi anyone out there know how to change drivers side sunvisor? model 2.2dti 53 plate with light up mirror on reverse side, cant seem to find the plug where thi wires join to disconnect the rascal :-/

hi folks just joined up got a 53 plate omega 2.2 dti had from new done loads of miles 169,000 city miles at that so had my troubles but had more fun than ever doing every mile
