I have have had new exhaust (all from cat)fitted my lovely silent limo now sounds like a F! car.Any comments will be welcome

I have a squeak coming from behind my steering wheel the quicker the movement the higher the sound. I removed the covers and tried spray lub but have not been successful in stopping the noise.

The boot release button on the dash will not work is there a fuse listed for this. 2002 2.2 cd
