Changed the ABS-TC computer - now TC works great with no error codes

TC worked when the engine was installed - it worked up to middle of LPG inspection/testing. I'll try replacing ABS/TC computer (both are in the same unit?) is it on the right side down when I open the bonnet (Opel Omega)?

Couple days ago I went to check LPG installation in my '95 Omega V6 (since I previously had to remove the engine because exhaust manifolds gave a lot of noise (and the bolt was snapped... so I really had to remove the engine or remove the heads to replace exhaust manifold gaskets))
The engine did not work well after the whole operation, and the LPG did not work at all. Turns out it was the faulty DIS that didn't work on channel for cylinders 1and4 (there the LPG computer took the RPM signal from the main ECU). Now engine works like new BUT
And now the problem: during the middle of LPG check-up the TC light came (and still is) ON. The main ECU was connected but out from the computer bay then, the cables from it were checked (with ignition turned off, then on) and at one moment TC light came on (before that it was working fine) turns out that I now have fault code:
97 Ignition/Injection cut-off - voltage high (Traction Control Signal). Only change except pulling the cables in computer bay is that the LPG service man connected LPG computer temporarily to pin 43 of main ECU (that supplies rev info to dashboard) to get the missing rev data that prohibited LPG from working.
I tried to delete this fault but no go.
Any Ideas? Main ECU was replaced - still the same. What are the pin for TC on main ECU? (seems 43 is on of them)

Thanks for info, I'll go for straight swap 4speed if autobox fails. Oil and filter was changed 2 years ago but car was not driven much for better part of one year

here they go for around 200e, 5years ago when my original AR25 died it was 400e.
Should I go for (rare?) 5 speed auto. Is it a straight change just autobox and computer, all wires same? How reliable are 5speed autoboxes (only latest Omegas had them?)

Hi, for couple a weeks my autobox (AR35) acted strange and is slow to engage 1st gear after hard break but only for first mile or two - after that it seems to worm up and work perfectly
Any ideas?
I checked the oil level and topped up (0.4l was missing) still the same behavior
Am I looking at a new gearbox soon? :-/

When my DIS (coil pack?) failed I did not receive any error codes nor check light but when you pull the plug (I think it was 1-4 channel failed but 2-5 and 3-6 were working) I did not get spark on first cylinder

Removed the instruments panel today, cleaned/tightened all connections. Had couple of problems with rev counter and fuel gauge immediately after I returned the dash but now seems to work - I'll see in next couple of days if it really works :-?

Similar problem here with my 2.5 V6 '95. Started couple weeks ago and now it gets worse.
Can anyone direct me where to look loose earth connection behind the dash, I'll remove it soon.

lol it's stiff when you deadlock it but does budge without the key snapping or anythingTried it but I stopped when I felt the key is going to snap

or get under the engine bay and connect jump leads to the positive of the starter motor and the negative to the body...
Had the same problem with my '95 V6. Deadlocked and dead battery. Solved it by opening the boot and taking out the boot light (located center, top when boot is closed) and connecting fresh battery to light terminals (Double-check polarity!) for 10-15sec.
Opened quite nicely then
